BaateKaro.in may collect and process the following data to operate the account, matching, safety, payment and support features of the service: name, email address, gender, profile photo/avatar, login information, chat messages, saved connection data, coins and payment-related records, withdrawal or wallet records where applicable, report and block data, device/browser analytics and support messages.
This information is used to create accounts, prevent deleted accounts from signing up again with the same email, match users safely, deliver chat messages, manage saved chats, process coins or payments, investigate reports, block abusive users, improve reliability and provide customer support. We do not ask users to share passwords, OTPs, banking details or exact address in chat.
Users can request account deletion inside the app from Settings or outside the app using the public deletion page at delete-account.html. Account deletion removes or anonymizes account-linked data where legally and technically possible.
